SAWYER COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Felony complaints have been filed against a Hayward couple, Ralph Suddeth, age 60, and Wanda Aaron, age 34, alleging that the couple imprisoned two autistic children in makeshift 'cages.' The children, ages 6 and 3, were locked in behind panels and grates that were screwed into doorframes from the outside. The Hon. Judge Monica Isham ordered $25,000 cash bonds for Ralph and Wanda.
