POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A case charging Osceola woman, Teresa Osborne, age 64, with child abuse has been dismissed. Osborne was charged with intentionally causing harm to a juvenile under the age of 18 during a domestic incident. Osborne appeared for a court hearing on June 10, 2024.
