POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Chace Alexander Phinn, age 27, of St. Croix Falls, WI, on convictions from a St. Croix Falls drug bust case which led to the seizure of Cocaine, nearly $7,000 in Cash, a Handgun, Marijuana, and Psilocybin Mushrooms. Phinn was arrested following the execution of a search warrant and received multiple drug-related felony charges.
A Jury Trial was scheduled regarding the case following Polk County District Attorney Jeffery Kemp’s request, however, the trial was canceled after Phinn changed his plea at a hearing in July 2024.
