POLK COUNTY — The Court has accepted a settlement agreement on a criminal court case stemming from a December 2024 single-vehicle crash investigation in Polk County, which led to multiple criminal charges, including Operating While Intoxicated and Attempted Bribery of a Public Official, against Nicholas Cadotte, age 40, of Amery, WI. Cadotte was sentenced during a recent court hearing.
