POLK COUNTY — According to a criminal complaint filed in Polk County Circuit Court, the new court case alleges that Kyle Phillips (35) of Amery, WI, had cocaine on his person when he was arrested, in violation of the terms of a deferred court agreement and the conditions of a bail bond in a separate felony child abuse case against him in Polk County.
