POLK COUNTY — A November 2, 2025, incident that originally resulted in charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide against an Amery, WI, man after he allegedly threatened to kill a man with a handgun following a bar altercation has concluded with a conviction on reduced charges.
Joel Castanon Frausto (47) was sentenced during a May 22, 2026, court hearing in Polk County Circuit Court.
