POLK COUNTY, WI — A 31-year-old Osceola, WI man is facing multiple felony charges following a law enforcement investigation into allegations that a juvenile under the age of 18 was sexually assaulted at his residence.

Medical personnel at Burnett Medical Center reported to law enforcement that a juvenile had been brought to the emergency room and disclosed a recent sexual assault.

Joey Martin, 31, of Osceola, has been charged with two counts of Felony Second-Degree Sexual Assault and one count of Class I Felony Exposing a Child to Harmful Descriptions. He is currently released on a $10,000 cash bond as the case proceeds through Polk County Circuit Court.
