POLK COUNTY -- The Polk County Sheriff's Office is announcing the retirement of K9 Zeke.
Deputy Steve Clayton has served as the handler for the past 4 years with Zeke. Due to medical issues typical with police dogs, we believe Zeke is now ready to retire and live the good life.
We appreciate the dedication and faithful service to our community that both Zeke and Deputy Clayton have provided.
