POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - An investigation in 2022 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office into allegations of child sexual assault has resulted in a felony conviction of Child Enticement/Sexual Contact for Earl P. Nick, of Webster, WI.
The original charges of Class B Felony Child Sexual Assault - Sexual Contact With a Child Under Age 13, and Class D Felony Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Person With Intellectual Disability that were filed against Earl were amended and/or dismissed at a previous hearing.
Earl was sentenced on November 20, 2023, and ordered into the custody of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
