POLK COUNTY, WI -- A Polk County woman is facing multiple felony drunk driving charges after authorities allege she operated a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and THC with a young child inside.
Criminal charges filed in Polk County Circuit Court stem from an October 2025 traffic stop in the Village of Turtle Lake, where Ashley Matrious (35) of Luck, WI, allegedly admitted to marijuana use a short time earlier.
A criminal complaint filed in July 2026 states that test results from the Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene later confirmed the presence of alcohol and THC in her blood.
