The choices are:

“Words Matter”

This saying on the show has a two-fold meaning with each expressing how "words matter."

1. Negative or hate-filled words towards others on social media, in emails, or in person, can have a negative impact on others.
2. Positive or inspiring words towards others on social media, in emails, or in person, can have a positive impact on others.

“Little Things Make A Big Difference”

This is similar to “Words Matter,” with one main difference: it incorporates more than just words. It is referenced on the show to state that - not only words either spoken or written - but that actions can also lead to positive outcomes.
