‘Positive Tuesday W/ Ben & Fitzy’ Concludes Special September Reunion Run

NORTHWEST WISCONSIN -- The curtain closed this morning, Tuesday, September 30th, on the special September run of “Positive Tuesday w/ Ben & Fitzy.”

The livestream, hosted by DrydenWire founder Ben Dryden and former Barron County Sheriff Chris “Fitzy” Fitzgerald, wrapped up its limited four-episode reunion series with a broadcast streamed live on DrydenWire’s Facebook page and the DrydenWire YouTube Channel.

The finale began with a guest appearance from Melissa Gillett of Barron Electric, who joined the show for about ten minutes to talk about co-ops and the important role they play in the community.

Throughout the month, the duo delivered their trademark mix of humor, candid conversation, and law enforcement perspective. Episodes aired on September 2, 9, 23, and concluded today, September 30.

While fans have enjoyed this September reunion, Dryden and Fitzgerald emphasized that it was not a full revival of the long-running series, but rather a chance to “get the band back together.” The original “Positive Tuesday” ran for 232 episodes over nearly five years before signing off in May 2025, following Fitzgerald’s retirement from law enforcement and transition to Mosaic Technologies.
