BURNETT COUNTY — A Burnett County jury convicted a 74-year-old Siren, WI, man of first-degree child sexual assault following a two-day trial centered on allegations that he assaulted a juvenile under the age of 13 at his property in 2024.
The conviction came after prosecutors presented evidence that Jack Fenton assaulted the child inside a building on his property before telling the juvenile not to tell anyone what had happened. Fenton was sentenced at a court hearing on May 4, 2026.
