A Clear Lake man has been granted Probation on his recent conviction of Possession of Amphetamine with Intent to Deliver in a Barron County Case.
According to public records obtained and reviewed by DrydenWire.com, Brandon Nickell of Clear Lake, WI was charged in Barron County Circuit Court with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver after a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on Nickell's vehicle in July of 2016.
The State Patrol's K-9 unit was brought in and performed a search of the vehicle, resulting in the location of over 26 grams of methamphetamine along with multiple items of drug paraphernalia, a scale, and over $1,000 cash.
Charges were filed in July of 2016 and on November 4, 2016, Nickell plead guilty to an amended charge of Possession of Amphetamine with Intent to Deliver.
