The Siren Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the 38th Annual Freedom Five 5k and Freedom Mini Five as part of their July 4th celebration.
The Freedom Five 5k is a 5k (3.1 mile) race starting at 8:00 am on Main Street and finishing at Crooked Lake Park. The Freedom Mini Five is a five block race open to kids ages 10 and under. The Freedom Mini Five will start at 8:30 am at Siren School and finish at Crooked Lake Park. Both races will take place rain or shine!
Pre-registration is currently available! This convenient option allows participants to avoid the registration lines on race day and receive a discounted entry fee. The entry fee for the Freedom Five 5k is just $15 if postmarked by June 15th or submitted online by June 20th. Thereafter, registration will be $20. The entry fee for the Freedom Mini Five is $10.
Pre-registered packet pick-up and walk in registration will take place at Siren School on Tuesday, July 3rd from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, and before the race on Wednesday, July 4th beginning at 6:30 am.
