Renee Bell Wins Register Of Deeds Primary

WASHBURN COUNTY — Incumbent candidate Renee Bell defeated fellow republican challenger Jessica Hedinger in Tuesday’s primary election for the Office of Register of Deeds in Washburn County.

Washburn County Unofficial Election Results:

• Renee Bell: 998 (59%)
• Jessica Hedinger: 699 (41%)

Without a democratic challenger, Bell will go into the the fall general election unopposed on the ballot.

According to Bell's announcment of candidacy for re-election for Washburn County Register of Deeds, Bell has served as Register of Deeds since 2017. Acting Register of Deeds in 2016. Prior to being elected to the position, Bell was the Deputy Register of Deeds for 20 years.
