SPOONER, Wis. (DrydenWire) — Wisconsin State Representative Angela Stroud was the featured guest on the most recent episode of DrydenWire Live! with DrydenWire founder Ben Dryden.

The episode streamed live Thursday morning, October 16, 2025, on DrydenWire’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. As with all episodes of DrydenWire Live, the conversation was unscripted and free-flowing, offering viewers an opportunity to get to know Rep. Stroud on a more personal and professional level.

Rep. Stroud serves Wisconsin’s 73rd Assembly District, which includes the cities of Superior, Ashland, Bayfield, and Washburn, as well as 26 towns and the Red Cliff and Bad River reservations. She currently serves on the Assembly’s Sporting Heritage and Colleges and Universities committees and is also a member of the state’s Sporting Heritage and Forestry councils.

Before being elected to the Assembly, Stroud was a professor of sociology and social justice at Northland College in Ashland. She lives in Gingles Township, just south of Ashland, with her partner, Cynthia Belmont, and their rescue dog, Mae.
