POLK COUNTY -- A convicted sex offender has been sentenced on new convictions in Polk County Circuit Court for possession of child pornography.
Robert Kubinek, age 57, of Balsam Lake, WI, was arrested and charged in November 2023 following an investigation by the Centuria Police Department and the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation.
Kubinek appeared for a court hearing on March 25, 2026, and was sentenced.
