Restorative Justice of NW WI Seeking Applicants for Program Facilitator

Program Facilitator Part-time, 20 hrs/wk

Located in Siren, immediate opportunity for a qualified individual to facilitate/coordinate community-based programs designed to respond to crime by involving those affected - the victim, community, and offender - while addressing the impact of the crime and finding ways to repair harm. Responsibilities also include training program volunteers.

To be considered candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related disciplines, possess excellent communication skills to include public speaking, have proven mediation/group facilitation and organizational skills and work well in partnerships and collaborations. Basic computer skills required as is use of own vehicle, valid WI driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.

Occasional evening/weekend hours may be required.

Restorative Justice of Northwest Wisconsin, Inc. is a non-profit (501c3) agency that consists primarily of volunteer community members who work in many ways to help those affected by crime to find peace and healing. The services provided include; Victim Offender Conferencing, Victim Impact Panel, Youth Educational Shoplifting Program, Youth AODA/Underage Consumption Panel, Community Service Program, and Operation Safe Exchange.
