RICE LAKE, Wis. -- The Rice Lake Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the person pictured below, according to a recent post on the Department's Facebook page.
"The busy Memorial Day weekend is off and running. Can you help Ofc. Koenig identify this person regarding a retail theft complaint. Subject was last seen southbound on Hwy 53 in the blue Jeep shown. Subject is presumed innocent until proven guilty." - Rice Lake Police Department
