RICE LAKE, Wis. — Officer Reinikainen of the Rice Lake Police Department is asking for the public’s identifying the person in this photo.
Officer Reinikainen states in a Facebook post on the Rice Lake PD page that this in regards to a retail theft case, and asks that if you can help, to contact the RLPD.
Ofc Reinikainen is attempting to identify the female in this photo in reference to a retail theft case. If you can help, please send us a message. Thank you! - All persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.
