RICE LAKE, Wis. -- Michael A. Powell is scheduled to be released in Rice Lake September 5, 2017, according to a Rice Lake Police Department Sex Offender Bulletin.
Powell will be temporarily residing at 24 W Slocumb Steet. According to the bulletin, Powell will reside at this location for up to 90 days and then return to St. Croix County where Powell remain on supervision by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections until 9/9/2021.
