RUSK COUNTY — A 41-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges in Rusk County after prosecutors accused him of committing offenses involving a child under the age of 12.
Andrew Stepp, of Eau Claire, WI, faces six felony charges, including first-degree sexual assault of a child, according to a criminal complaint filed in Rusk County Circuit Court. A court appearance is scheduled for July 2026.
