Santa Returns To The Palace Theater For The First Time In Decades

SPOONER, WI — Get ready for some holiday magic! For the first time in decades, Santa Claus is coming back to the Palace Theater, reigniting a cherished Spooner tradition that generations remember fondly.

Kicking off the holiday season in true small-town style, Santa will make his grand entrance courtesy of the Spooner Fire Department—arriving by fire truck after a festive tour around town. This will take place on Monday, November 24th at 3 pm. The streets will glow with excitement as families line up to wave and welcome Santa back home to the Palace.

Starting November 21st and running through Christmas, families can book private visits with Santa for groups of up to six people. It’s the perfect opportunity to create new memories, snap photos, and share wish lists in the warm, nostalgic setting of the historic Palace Theater.

“This is more than just a visit with Santa—it’s a homecoming,” said the Palace Theater team. “We’re thrilled to bring back this heartwarming tradition and give families a magical, personal experience they’ll never forget.”

Reservations are now open at SpoonerPalaceTheater.com. Slots are limited, so early booking is encouraged. A gift bag is included in the price of reserving your time slot!

Come celebrate the season, the spirit of community, and the joy of welcoming Santa back to the Palace Theater—where memories of Christmas past meet the magic of today.
