SPOONER -- On April 3, 2018, DrydenWire.com reported that Spooner Area School District Middle School Principal Brad Larrabee was leaving the District. Tonight, SASD announced his successor:
Spooner Area School District is pleased to announce Michelle Kabdi as the principal for Spooner Middle School starting July 1st. Mrs. Kabdi is a Spooner native and a 1999 graduate of Spooner High School. She has been with the district for seven years, serving four years as a fourth grade teacher and is currently finishing up three years as the district's math specialist. Mrs. Kabdi is looking forward to collaborating with the students, teachers, parents, and community in her new role. Mrs. Kabdi has been happily married for 10 years to her husband Housni, and together they have two children, Zak and Eli, ages 9 and 3.
