SAWYER COUNTY — Felony charges are proceeding in Sawyer County Circuit Court against 23-year-old Hayward, WI, man James Deaton after the Hon. Judge Monica Isham found probable cause to bind him over on charges of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 16 stemming from an investigation by the Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office.
