NORTHWEST, WI (DrydenWire) — Scott Harbridge has announced his candidacy for Wisconsin’s 74th Assembly District. Harbridge, an Army Airborne veteran and retired law enforcement officer, issued the following statement:

Why I am Running

I am not a politician, but a Patriot and a Christian Conservative Republican, as our forefathers envisioned.

I am an Army Airborne Veteran and retired Law Enforcement. I have never held public office.

I served this country in uniform; I am running to serve it again. Service before Politics.

I am an American who sees a country I love, that has fallen over the cliff, and I want it back.

We need a voice in Madison, and I am ready to take on the establishment for We the People.

I am Pro-Life, Pro-Military, and Pro-Law Enforcement.

Right is right, and wrong is wrong. The grey areas are where the trouble lies.

Unfortunately, that's where the majority of those that are supposed to represent us lie, in the grey areas.

You will never have to wonder where I stand, I will tell you.

We must Return to God and Restore our Moral Foundation as a Country.

I will represent you—not just at the ballot box, but every step of the way.

We the People need our voices back.
