UPDATE: The missing boys have been found safe.
WASHBURN COUNTY — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating two missing boys, according to the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office.
On Saturday night, the Washburn County Sheriff's Office published a post to their Facebook page stating that they are requesting the public's help in locating Preston Moravec and Colton Stoner.
Preston was last seen around 8:00p on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at a home in Shell Lake, according to the post.
The Sheriff’s Office says that both of the boys are “entered as Missing/ Runaways.”
The Sheriff’s Office also adds that the boys may be “driving a black Nissan Frontier WI registration of TA5168,” but it is unknown which direction they would have been traveling.
