BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A male was discovered deceased after authorities in Burnett County responded to a distress call reporting a one-vehicle crash near the intersection of County Road C and Devils Lake Road in the Town of Oakland on Wednesday, according to a press release from the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.
On December 6, 2023, at approximately 2 p.m. Burnett County Dispatch received a call of a one-vehicle crash near the intersection of County Road C and Devils Lake Road in the Town of Oakland. Law Enforcement, Ambulance, and Fire Services responded.
Upon arrival, law enforcement observed a vehicle that had rolled and come to rest on the passenger side. A male was partially ejected from the vehicle.
