SPOONER, WI – Spooner Health is now seeking a Part-time 64 Quality Improvement Healthcare Assistant.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Improvement Healthcare Assistant to support organization-wide quality, patient safety, risk management, compliance, and patient experience initiatives. This role is key to collecting, analyzing, and presenting data that drives performance improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities include managing the patient experience survey process, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating data exchange with external vendors, and producing clear, meaningful reports. The ideal candidate can translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with leaders and teams.
Additional duties include taking meeting minutes, entering data into credentialing software, managing document uploads, assisting with risk management reporting, supporting incident report follow-up, and overseeing the loan closet. Strong customer service, professionalism, and the ability to learn new systems are essential.
Qualifications:
- Experience analyzing, sorting, and graphing data
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and other data systems
- Interest in healthcare, quality improvement, and statistics
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business, healthcare, or related field; 1+ year of data-focused experience, ideally in healthcare; Epic experience a plus
