SPOONER, WI – Spooner Health is now seeking a Physical Therapist.
The physical therapist treats musculoskeletal and neuromuscular dysfunction with mechanical and physical means according to Wisconsin's Physical Therapy Practice Act. This Physical Therapist’s caseload will primarily consist of outpatient neuro (CVA, MS, TBI, Parkinson’s), inpatients/swingbed, balance/falls. Experience in pelvic health preferred.
Requirements of the position include:
- Graduation from an approved School of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s Degree and/or Doctorate.
- Holding an active Physical Therapy License from the State of Wisconsin or a permit from the examining board while awaiting state certification.
- Physical ability to push, reach, squat and lift up to moderately heavy loads.
- Ability to grip, squeeze or pinch without restrictions.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations.
