Spooner Health to Host Aging Mastery Program

Spooner Health is pleased to host the Aging Mastery Program. The Aging and Disabilities Resource Center puts on this 12 week program starting March 7th. Participants will learn how to make the most of the gift of longevity and take small steps to improve health, financial well-being and quality of life. 55+ Registration required, suggested donation $25. Live Better with the Aging Mastery Program!

Register for Aging Mastery Program® (AMP), a series of fun, engaging classes! In this newly developed course that’s improving the lives of people 55 and better, attendees track themselves to earn points and rewards. 

Course Details:

Developed and funded by the National Council on Aging (NCOA), AMP features local experts sharing their knowledge. Topics cover a wide range of subjects, including health and nutrition, finances, life enrichment, relationships and advanced planning. The program helps attendees make meaningful, short video. long lasting changes. Alumni share their experiences in this

Baby boomers and older adults are invited to this 10-week course of engaging classes! Attendees will receive $75 scholarships, bringing the $100 per person cost down to $25.00. Reference materials are supplied, and a light snack will be served.

Classes start in Ladysmith and Spooner in March!

Ladysmith Class:

  • Thursdays, March 2-May 4, 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.

Spooner Class:

  • Tuesdays*, March 7 – May 9, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
