(Spooner Area School District) - The Food Enterprise Class competed in a Food Truck Face Off. Each group developed a business plan, conducted survey with perspective customers (7th and 8th grade teachers) and then created and priced a food item to be featured in their Food Truck. Winners were based on overall profit loss the day of the competition.
Congratulations to our Food Enterprise, Champion Food Truck Entrepreneurs. Winning the Golden Spatula Award for A Day Trucks, with a profit of $22.84, selling Magma Lava Cakes, were Natalie Berg, Kyia Pfaff and Alexis Glaser. Golden Spatula Winners for B Day Food Trucks, with a profit of $44.30, were Michaela Karon, AJ Hotchkiss and Valerie Kielkucki, with their ever popular Hot Daddys!
