St. Croix Falls Police Officer Micah LeBrun Introduced His New K9 Partner, Ikar, On The Kirk Anderson Show

ST CROIX FALLS, WI -- DrydenWire.com – Host, Kirk Anderson, invited Officer Micah LeBrun of the St. Croix Falls Police Department into the studio to introduce Ikar, his new Police K9 partner.

The show was live-streamed on Wednesday, December 21st, at 8:30 AM on the DrydenWire Facebook page.

K9 Ikar was born on January 14, 2018. He is a purebred German Shepherd originally from the Czech Republic. Ikar and Micah have over 600 hours of specialized training and are certified in tracking, apprehension, building/area searches, and narcotics detection.

Micah has been in law enforcement for more than 4 years. He was hired by the St Croix Falls Police Department 3 years ago and became the K9 officer at the beginning of December. In addition to working with Ikar, he is the police department’s trainer for EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operation Course), less lethal equipment, and Taser. Micah was born and raised in MN, but has resided in Wisconsin for the last 10 years.
