BARRON COUNTY -- A standoff situation in Cumberland, WI, in October 2022 has resulted in criminal convictions for Devin Baldwin, age 27. The Cumberland Police Department handled the 3-hour standoff with the assistance of the Barron County Sheriff’s Office, the Barron/Rusk Emergency Response Team, and Cumberland Healthcare EMS.
