Man Arrested for Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, 5th Offense

Ronald G Linder, 64 years of age, from Superior, Wisconsin has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.

On June 20, 2018 at approximately 10:20 a.m., Wisconsin State Patrol inspectors observed a subject operating a motor vehicle while not wearing a seatbelt. The driver was identified as Ronald G. Linder, age 64, from Superior, Wisconsin. Further investigation revealed that Linder was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Linder performed a battery of Standardized Field Sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for OWI-5th offense. Linder submitted to an evidentiary blood test and was incarcerated in the Douglas County jail.

Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
