During the live show, Tanya will be sharing about how the FAIR Principles of Peaceful change can drive positive outcomes in K-12 Education. She will be focusing on key issues in education and how to articulate and advance a vision that engages all stakeholders for student success.
Tanya currently serves on the Osseo Area Schools Board of Education, the fifth largest district in Minnesota. Tanya was re-elected to her board position this fall and will be starting her second term in January. Tanya's background is in finance, continuous improvement, and organizational change. She has served as a high school cross country and track coach and has a heart and passion to serve the young people of her community.
