WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Two northwest Wisconsin teens were charged in connection with a June 2025 shooting and armed burglary at a residence on Cozy Acres Road near Hayward.
Prosecutors say the suspects, identified as 18-year-old Nathan Wundrow of Amery and 17-year-old Brodyn Springborn of Luck, entered the home, stole items, and fired multiple rounds into the residence and a vehicle outside.
Wundrow is charged with felony burglary while armed and is set to appear in Washburn County Circuit Court on September 15, 2025.
Springborn, who faced burglary and property damage charges, recently pleaded no contest to amended charges and was sentenced.
