The Body Shop Fitness Centers within Spooner and Shell Lake are offering free gym usage every Tuesday for the entire month of February during staffed hours.

Matt Dryden, the owner of the Body Shop Fitness Centers, says that he wants to encourage people to stop in and try the facilities for free. Have a friend? Bring them along, because, as Matt says, “sometimes things are more fun when you have a friend to share it with.”

Matt says that big changes can happen when people make small changes, but understands that change isn’t always easy.

“Everyone has a fear of changes. When you want to make a change, you may feel lost or unsure of where to begin. This is where you begin. Take this step to overcome that fear. Everyone who comes here to our centers are here for the same reason: they want a change. We all have different body shapes and sizes; that is what makes us unique. Cherish that uniqueness and take this time to make some small changes in your life. Doing so may help you see bigger results.” - Matt Dryden

To take advantage of this offer, Matt says to simply visit one of the two locations and see a staff member during staffed-hours to fill out a liability form. That’s it. No cost, no contracts, and no obligations. Just enjoy.
