Theft of Firearm Leads to Felony Charges for Dancer

A woman reported to be working at Lookers Gentleman's Club in Trego, WI has been charged with Felony Theft of a Firearm.

The theft was reported to the Burnett County Sheriff's Office on Sunday, February 5, 2017, around 4:45 AM. According to the criminal complaint, the owner of the firearm (identified as PHS) reported that he had been at Lookers earlier during the night and that he had met a dancer there who called herself Asia. When the club closed Asia said she wanted to go home with him. After arriving at his residence, Asia told PHS she wanted to clean up and used his bathroom. She allegedly then told him he should also clean up and that she was going to get some 'grass' from her car.

When PHS came out of the bathroom, Asia had left with her car, a silver Chevrolet Impala with Minnesota plates. PHS immediately checked for his firearm and it was gone from it's normal spot, near the end of his couch. The criminal complaint continues stating that PHS called in the theft of the firearm right away, a loaded Ruger 357 Magnum with a snub nose barrel.

Burnett County Dispatch contacted Pine County, MN law enforcement to advise them of the situation.

Pine County law enforcement contacted Burnett County Dispatch to advise that a suspect was being detained in relation to the complaint about the stolen firearm and that a handgun had been located which matched the description of the firearm reported by PHS as stolen.

This female suspect was identified as Angellica S. Revak from St. Paul, MN. A criminal charge of Theft of Movable Property (Special Facts – That Property Being a Firearm) were filed against Revak in Burnett County Circuit Court on February 7, 2017. Public record shows that Revak appeared in Burnett County Circuit Court on February 13, 2017, for a bail bond hearing and that she posted $250.00 cash bail. On February 22, 2017, Revak updated her city of residence to Hudson, WI.

Revak is scheduled to appear again on June 29, 2017, on these charges.
