BURNETT COUNTY -- Multiple occupants of a vehicle that was pulled over during a traffic stop have been arrested, according to a news release from the Burnett County Sheriff's Office.
(News Release) -- On July 24, 2018 the Burnett County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle. During the stop over 8 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, glass smoking pipes and other items of contraband. Also a 20 gauge shotgun and a machete was found in the vehicle. All of the occupants were arrested and transported to the Burnett County jail.
This is a companion case that started in Pine County earlier that day.The suspect in Pine County was arrested later and was involved in a high speed chase in their county.
