RUSK COUNTY —  A Sheldon, WI, man is facing felony charges after a traffic stop in Rusk County on the morning of April 11, 2026, allegedly found him driving with an expired license and a blood alcohol concentration above a restriction placed on his driving privileges.

James Milam, 69, is charged with fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and fifth-offense operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration following the April traffic stop. He is due in court in September 2026.
