WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - On November 30, 2024, a routine trespassing complaint in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, led to the seizure of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and the arrest of Shell Lake, WI, man 29-year-old Jeffery Splain.
Splain was previously convicted of Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine on January 11, 2021, in Sawyer County Circuit Court. He was also recently sentenced in Washburn County on October 16, 2024, for a conviction of Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. He was placed on 4 years of probation for that sentence.
