BARRON COUNTY, WI (DrydenWire) - An investigation by the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation with assistance from the Turtle Lake Police Department into the suspected possession of child sexual assault materials has resulted in felony convictions for Frank Killa, age 58, of Turtle Lake, WI.
At a recent hearing in Barron County Circuit Court, Killa was sentenced on his conviction.
