RICE LAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT / NEWS RELEASE
On Sunday, October 16, 2016 at approximately 9:26 PM the Rice Lake Police Department was dispatched to a residence on the south-side of the city for the report of robbery involving two armed masked subjects.
The caller stated the suspects, who were both armed with handguns, stole a cell phone by force from a family member outside the residence. The suspects, who were described as Hispanic males wearing black masks covering their faces, quickly left the area in a red vehicle in an unknown direction of travel.
Citizens with any information pertaining to this incident are encouraged to call the Rice Lake Police Department. The case remains under investigation.
