UPDATE: Man In Custody For First Degree Intentional Homicide In Polk County Shooting Incident

POLK COUNTY -- The Polk County Sheriff's Office have issued updated information regarding the shooting incident on October 29, 2021, in Polk County.

Polk County Sheriff Brent Waak says that Michael Radke, 34, of Luck, WI, is in custody for First Degree Intentional Homicide as a result of the shooting incident.

The PCSO said that on October 29th, 2021 at 5p, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office 911 emergency center received a call from an individual that stated there was a gunshot victim at 604 E Butternut Ave in the Village of Luck Wisconsin. Law Enforcement responded to that location and discovered the body of a deceased person.

Sheriff Waak also released the name of the victim in this shooting and has identified him as Chad Daniels, 48, of rural Luck, WI.
