On October 7th, 2016, Earl John Baker, wanted by the Burnett County Sheriff's Office, appeared in Burnett County Circuit Court.
A warrant was issued in Burnett County for Baker's arrest on August 29th, 2016. Charges of Felony Burglary, Felony Taking and Driving a Vehicle without Consent, Misdemeanor Receiving or Concealing Stolen Property, Misdemeanor Taking a Vehicle without Consent and Abandoning the Vehicle, and both Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping are filed in Burnett County Circuit Court against Baker.
The Court also revoked Baker's $500.00 cash bond and at the time of this story Baker remains in custody at Burnett County Jail.
Earl Baker is due in Burnett County Court again on October 26th, 2016.
