BARRON COUNTY (DrydenWire) -- A plea hearing is scheduled for a man charged with OWI - 10th offense in Barron County Circuit Court. Levi Lauritsen was arrested and charged after Barron County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call in December 2023.
Levi Lauritsen was scheduled to enter a plea on February 1, 2024, regarding the felony OWI 10th Offense charges filed against him in Barron County Circuit Court. Online court records show a court hearing was held, and the Defense Counsel for Lauritsen advised the Hon. Judge James Babler that Lauritsen had been moved to a Wisconsin State Prison. The Plea Hearing for Lauritsen has now been rescheduled.
