UPDATE: Sentencing Hearing Rescheduled For Man Convicted Of Child Sex Crimes

BARRON COUNTY -- DrydenWire.com posted on August 31, 2021 that Kevin Blomberg was scheduled to be sentenced on September 2, 2021 for his convictions of Class C Felony Use of a Computer To Facilitate a Child Sex Crime; two counts of Class D Felony Possession of Child Pornography; and two counts of Class H Felony Forgery.

Blomberg appeared in Barron County Circuit Court on September 2, 2021. The Court heard from the State and from Blomberg’s defense attorney.

Online circuit court records indicate that the Court rescheduled Blomberg’s sentencing hearing to November 2021 to allow additional time for parties to review documents.

Online court records also show that nine victim impact statements and two restitution requests were recently filed in Blomberg’s case.
