BURNETT COUNTY — A vehicle registered to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office was located in a ditch in Burnett County on Saturday, according to a press release from the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.
(Press Release) — On September 28, 2019 at approximately 9:57 p.m. a Burnett County Deputy noticed a vehicle in the ditch on County Road G in Rusk Township, Burnett County, Wisconsin. The vehicle was registered to the Hennepin County CMED (Central Mobile Equipment Division). The vehicle was unoccupied and had no known damage.
This was a non-reportable accident. The vehicle was not reported stolen.
The vehicle was towed by a local tow company to the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office impound lot.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office was contacted. They will be retrieving the vehicle from the impound lot on September 30, 2019.
